In the event Associate company membership has reached the maximum percentage allowed, applications will be kept by NACM and maintained on a wait list.  If an Associate member company is terminated from membership, the next qualifying company on the wait list will be presented the opportunity for TRMG membership.

Associate member companies who have had their membership terminated and who wish reinstatement due to non-payment of dues will be placed on the waiting list; those terminated for other reason will be subject to review for eligibility for reinstatement.

MEETINGS & EXPOSITIONS                                                                4

All new Associate companies or first time associate representatives of existing Associate companies are required to attend the Associate Orientation held during a TRMG conference.  Conference registration packets for new Associate attendees may be withheld and participation denied until such Orientation is accomplished. Participation in a TRMG Conference is forbidden for Associate company representatives who do not have a conference badge.

The maximum number of Associate representatives from any company that can attend a Conference is two.

Associates may recommend speakers or session topics as it relates to the interest of the transportation member groups and transportation industry.  However, the selection process on session topics and speakers will be decided upon by the Transportation members.  Topics and panelists for the conferences are selected by the Transportation members, not by NACM or by volunteers, and much consideration is put into being fair to all Associate member companies by not giving one a forum not afforded the others.

Each Associate member company will have ˝ or 4’ of an 8” table to set up their display at the designated area or function as specified by the Transportation members (beer and browse, etc.).  No stand alone displays, oversized displays or booth kits will be allowed.  Table top signage may not exceed the dimensions of 2’ x 4’, or may be removed.  Literature and “give-aways” are allowed and encouraged.  Location of the ˝” table is by first-come first-served at registration.

Only associates participating in the pro-rata share of the sponsorship fee may attend the conference, and only sponsoring Associate members will be allowed to participate in the table top displays.

Failure to comply with provisions of the Code of Ethics may result in suspension or termination of Associate membership.

REPRESENTATION – LEADERSHIP COUNCIL                                      5

The Associate member companies will have one representative on the TRMG Steering Committee.  The term will be a two year term.  Applications will be sent out to all Associate member representatives one month prior to the assumption of duties of the newly elected Committee, each odd year.  Completed applications will be returned to NACM at the designated date determined.  Associate members will forward to the Leadership Council up to 3-4 applications that will duly represent the Associate members.  The Leadership Council, under advisement of the Associates, will select the Associate Member-at-Large.

SPONSORSHIP & FUNDS                                                                     6

Associate member companies agree to sponsor TRMG meetings.  The sponsorship amount for each meeting is $14,000.  This may be changed based on the majority of the Associate member vote at any time.  The sponsorship amount will be divided equally among Associate member companies, regardless of attendance and the number of Associate member representatives in attendance (maximum 2) at a meeting.

All sponsors will be listed on site literature & signage.

Sponsorship funds are designated for “keynote-motivational” speakers, the Sunday night networking reception, beer & browse function and conference giveaways.

Any additions or changes to allowable signage, attendance at meetings or other participation requirements must be approved by the Associate members as a group.

Payment is due upon receipt of the billing invoice.
