June 11 & 12, 2007 Meeting

Each member may submit 10 account names for the initial book of trade reports. After the meeting we will update the book of trade reports with any updated information, and account names that were brought up during the meeting discussion. At the close of the meeting, anyone present can order the UPDATED BOOK OF TRADE REPORTS at a cost of $20.00 per copy. All non-attending members will be given the opportunity to purchase the book at a cost of $30.00 per book.
Please note that you will need your NACM Houston member number and access code to participant in the NOSS book of trade reports. If you do not have these numbers, please email national@nacmsouthtexas.org and we will forward your member number and access code to you, or call Deana Gardner at 281.228.6100. This information is always necessary in order to access your group roster, registration and to participate in the NOSS book of trade reports.
Meeting Reservations
• From the NACM Houston website www.nacmsouthtexas.org, click on “Member Login”
• Enter your access code and your initials, and click “Login”
• Underneath the “National Oilfield Service & Supply” heading, click on “Meeting Reservations”
• Complete the information and click on “Submit”
Instructions on submitting Names for Book of Trade Reports
• From the NACM Houston website www.nacmsouthtexas.org, click on “Member Login”
• Enter your access code and your initials, and click “Login”
• Underneath the “National Oilfield Service & Supply” heading, click on “Request for Names”
Search By Name -- Option l
• To search for a customer, enter part of the name on the upper-right hand side of the screen where it says “search”.
Make sure to click on “Customer” to the right, not “A/R Number”. Then click on “Search”
• Once you have found the correct customer, click on the name of the customer
• Click on “Submit”

Enter information – Option 2
• If your customer is not in the database, you can enter the name, address, etc. manually and then click on “Submit”
• To review the names you have submitted, go back to the “National Oilfield Service & Supply” heading and click
on “Review of Names Submitted”
Adding Trade Experience
• From the NACM Houston website www.nacmsouthtexas.org, click on “Member Login”
• Enter your access code and your initials, and click “Login”
• Underneath the “National Oilfield Service & Supply” heading, click on “Submit Experience”
• A list of customers will appear. If you have experience on the customer, click on “add”
• Fill out any information that you have on the customer
• Click on “Update”
