Linda S. Bost, CBF, CCE, owner of Linda Bost, CCE Consulting Services, has an extensive background covering more than twenty years credit, financial, legal, contract management and related experience. Her major emphasis has been on credit management functions, process and techniques and administration of legal issues affecting all areas of credit and contract management. A member of NACM Houston since 1978, Linda served two terms of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Contractors Supply Industry Credit Group, Education, Government Affairs, Ethics, and Credit Reporting Committees. Linda Bost has been the NACM Houston Credit Boot Camp instructor for several years. She attends and volunteers at the Annual Meeting, Holiday Gala, Golf Tournament, All South, National Credit Congress, Advocacy Day, Legislative Conferences and NACM Houston local seminars and workshops. Being a member, she has experienced first hand the tremendous advantages of membership personally and as a representative of an NACM member firm. The networking, mentorship and knowledge that NACM offers is second to none. Serving on the Board of Directors gives her the opportunity to make certain these opportunities are there for other credit professionals to use and experience. |

Karen Bennett, CBA, is currently Senior Credit Representative for Smith International Inc.; she has been in the credit field for over 10 years. She has been an active member of NACM since 1999. She served on the Board of Directors, as Chairman of International & Oilfield Industry Group, earned her CBA in 2008, and was awarded the Walt Wissel Chairman’s Citation in 2005 for outstanding service to NACM. She has actively attended and participated in Regional Conferences and Credit Congresses. Karen and her husband enjoy camping and 4-wheeling excursions. It is her desire to become more involved in the operations of the organization to gain a better understanding of the credit and collection industry. |

Pam Woodroof, CCE, has been employed with BJ Services Company for 21 years and has been a NACM member for over 7 years. She started a new credit department from the ground up for the chemical division of BJ Services, creating and implemented credit policy and procedures for the chemical entity. Pam brought the Chemicals Division DSO down from the low 90s to low 50s within the first 6-8 months of starting the credit department. Pam now handles a 50-60 million portfolio of the domestic pumping services receivables. She currently serves as Advisory Director of NACM Houston Business Credit Services and she has participated on the "Revising the CCE Exam" Committee Team 1. She also currently serves on the NACM Houston Membership Committee. Pam has participated in NACM Houston activities such as the Holiday Gala, Designee Reception, NACM Houston Annual Meeting and numerous NACM seminars. She has received all three NACM professional certifications (CBA, CBF & CCE) and received the NACM Houston Super Star Award for obtaining the CBF and CCE within one year. On the national level, Pam has participated in NACM National events such as Credit Congress and the All-South Credit Conference. Her community involvement includes Vice President of her local PTA board, bible study group, swim team, Habitat for Humanity volunteer and United Way volunteer. Pam's hobbies include playing the piano and keyboard, painting, crafts, and making banners. She also likes to travel and has traveled to several different countries. She has grown to appreciate the many diverse lifestyles and cultures of different countries. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family. |
