Conference Registration Fee is $249 for group members and $279 for Non-members

Cut off date for advanced conference registration is September 22, 2006.  Registration processed only with payment.  Cancellations received in writing prior to advanced cutoff date will be subject to a $75 processing fee.  Refunds will not be granted after published cutoff date.  Substitutions are always welcome.  

A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend or an adult child (18 and over) who is not  in an industry-related occupation.  Co-workers or associates in the industry may not use the guest registration category.
