A MEMO FROM KAROLYN RUBIN, ASSOCIATE at-LARGE MEMBER

Hello Associate Members,

Once again, it’s time to meet at our Spring conference being held in Savannah, Georgia.

It’s a city full of historic sites, landmarks, shopping, and most importantly…golf!

Our meeting will be held April 22nd through 24th at the Hilton DeSoto.  Rooms fill up quickly so please reserve your room if you haven’t already done so.

TRMG’s theme this year is Better, Faster, Smarter and the conference will continue to provide a great opportunity to network and establish longstanding relationships amongst our peers and business colleagues.

The meeting agenda has been posted, so please make yourself familiar with the dates and times for sessions taking place.

Associate Orientation is being held on Sunday, April 22nd at 4:15 p.m. and is mandatory for all Associates who are attending the TRMG conference for the first time.  Remember this orientation is open to everyone, so feel free to stop by and say hello if you’d like.

Don’t forget…please review the Beer and Browse signage dimensions, Vendor Display Procedures and Code of Conduct.

Shipments to the hotel should be sent to:

Associate Memo . . . .

I wanted to follow up on a few housekeeping items.

Beer and Browse - Signage Dimensions:

All Associates will have ½ table (size of table will be 6 ft in length) to display your agency’s information, promo giveaways, etc.  SIGNAGE DIMENSIONS are not to exceed 2 ft. by 4 ft.  Anything larger will not be permitted to be displayed.

Associate Membership:

As a reminder, there are still vacancies for Vendor Associate memberships.  All companies that represent product or service related business solutions or that business core is not collection agency related, may apply and register for membership as a Vendor.

If you have any recommendations for Vendor Associates or are currently doing business as a Vendor and would like a membership application, please contact NACM South Texas, Deana Gardner, for more information.

Registration for TRMG and Hotel:

If you haven’t already done so….PLEASE REGISTER.  It will help give all of us a better understanding of what the sponsorship costs will be per registered Associate company.

Roundtable Discussions:

Finally, please forward any roundtable discussion topics that you would like addressed during our session.  Remember, anything outside of the TRMG can also be addressed as well…it’s a great opportunity for all of us to benchmark and work through burning issues or trends that overall affect our agencies or industry.  Feel free to send topics to Deana or my attention via email.

Again, I look forward to seeing everyone in April.  Always feel free to contact me at anytime if you have any questions or concerns.
